What if I need more than 200 accounts?

Our pricing is based on the number of client accounts connected to our platform. If your firm needs to connect more than 200 accounts, please contact our sales team who will provide you with our pricing sheet.

How many advisor and client users are included in my subscription?

Unlimited. Our pricing is based on the number of connected accounts rather than on the number of advisor or client users.

What are system requirements for using CircleBlack?

We offer a modern, cloud based technology platform that works on all browsers and internet enabled devices. You can access CircleBlack through your desktop, laptop, smartphone or tablet.

How long does the implementation process take?

Our typical onboarding time is 1-2 days once we receive authorization from your custodian(s) to connect your client accounts. The custodian authorization process itself, however, can take up to 2-3 weeks, which is largely outside our control. Our experienced in-house customer success team is here to help you navigate that process to make sure it is completed as quickly and seamlessly as possible.

Is it possible to import historical account and performance data?

Yes, we are happy to help migrate your historical account and performance data from custodians and/or other technology vendors, including Orion, BlackDiamond, Portfolio Pathways, Albridge, and more.
