What CRMs do you integrate with?

We offer our advisors the choice to integrate and use their preferred tools. Even though we offer our own purpose-built CRM for growth-minded, relationship-driven financial advisors, CircleBlack offers integrations with Salesforce, Redtail, and Wealthbox.

How do I manage integrations within the same screen?

CircleBlack’s Advisor Dashboard is intuitive and configurable. You can position and resize widgets based on the workflows that best suit your individual style.

I don’t see my provider on your list. Can you add additional integrations?

Yes! We’ll review your preferred integration and add it to our list if possible. If you are an existing customer, please contact help@circleblack.com to share your request. If you are a future customer, please contact sales@circleblack.com to discuss.

Does CircleBlack offer an open API so I can build integrations directly?

Not at this time. However, we’ll review the integration request and see if we can integrate it into CircleBlack. (See above.)

How quickly can I get started with CircleBlack?

We’ll schedule your first onboarding call a few days after you sign the agreement. After, system access varies by custodian but typically takes a few weeks. However, we can add ‘dummy data’ into the platform to get you started faster.
